Technical Writer/Knowledge Management Specialist
Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering) with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Create and maintain the information architecture
Standardize content across platforms and media
Use collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas.
Chalk out a content management strategy
Run change management to ensure organization and its resources are ready to embrace knowledge management concepts.
Develop KM programs according to business requirements
Develop a KM governance structure
Write high-quality documents in coordination with infrastructure teams, developers and application support teams.
Promote knowledge sharing and facilitate seamless exchange of information across the organization using available IT Applications.
Work with internal teams to understand the environment and accordingly produce technical documentation
Conduct quarterly checks to ensure all documents are up-to-date and amend if required.
Write documents with easy to understand user interface with necessary graphics.
