Sales Executive - Oil and Gas

Purpose of Position 

1. Shall prepare offers and tenders for the key accounts, large offers & tenders across regions for Industry BL. 
2. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy 


Major Responsibilities:- 

1.Tender Register and M tool entry for new inquiries, bid opening details & contract booking. 
2.Preparing synopsis, project description & offer self-review of tenders/large proposals. 
3.Documentation & Preparation of tenders/offers. 
4.Preparing Contract acknowledgment & ensure entry in the software. 
5.Regret Letters 
6.Tender/Offers/Correspondence letters dispatch & tracking for courier. 
7.Co-ordinate with other area offices. 
8.Keep track of bids/offers submitted till its final outcome. 
9.Offers/Contract Reviews format, CRM tool format. 
10.Keep track of EMD's submitted & follow up for its release. 

Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) 

1. 3 years plan implementation. 
2. New sales objectives as per budget. 
3. Maintenance of empanelled/pre-qualification/agency list with clients. 
4. Creating visibility in the market/market penetration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification and Experience 

1. Any bachelor's degree with min. 3 yrs of experience in Marketing. Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing would be advantage.
2. Management degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory. 
3. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

1. Should be a 'Go to Market' attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business. 
2. Excellent interpersonal skills 
3. Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
