b. Break the strategies into short term plans and ensure execution in line with the strategy

a. Understand the market dynamics, collaborate with the GALADARI ICE CREAM COMPANY management team, strategize and execute Parlour and IBS operations that will result in achieving our aggressive revenue and sales targets
b. Envisage new ways to increase the average unit volumes of the parlours and develop and grow our FMCG business
3. Profits and Cost Management
a. Ensure we manage a cost effective operations with a focus on maximized return on investment and expenses
b. Consistently evolve new methods and initiatives that will increase the employee productivity
c. Ensure we achieve our profit targets
4. Operations Excellence
a. Drive and lead the parlour and FMCG operations excellence by implementing best in class practices that will make our operations respected and appreciated by the Principal, Guest and Industry
b. Ensure constant improvement of all the processes and create an operations that excels and innovates constantly

a. Have a firm pulse on the market dynamics and competition
b. Ensure aggressive development of new parlours and constant refurbishment to give the best Guest experience

a. Understand the consumer psycho-graphics and requirements by various market research and focus groups

a. Ascertain and conceptualize better ways to reach out to our guest base by utilizing new age technology and innovative ways that covers marketing, PR, and digital marketing that will increase the footfall
