Your role:
• Plan and monitor site logistics plans for a large-scale project;
• Phase-wise planning and monitoring of internal and external logistics routes for every project focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people; traffic management; lay down areas and offloading points
• Effective pre-planning of key plant & machinery to ensure specific needs of the program are met
• Understand procurement strategies and integrate with key contractors to meet needs of the planned programme, and de-confliction of on-site space and time where appropriate
• Provide updated logistics instructions to all project suppliers and contractors
• Plan and maximize load capacity on all vehicles arriving at site were possible; ensure suppliers use appropriate vehicles for delivery
• Variation control and early communication of foreseeable changes to project team
• Create standard procedures, method statements and tracking templates for effective monitoring
• Basic understanding of commercial/contract clauses
• Create, maintain and update the site evacuation plan, life safety plan and site waste management plan

Your profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Actual Work as Logistics Manager in High-Rise Buildings/ Tower projects;
• Expert specifically on such projects – not less than 300 meters high;
• Basic First Aid certification.
• Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft office application and ERP.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, particularly procurement;
• Pleasant personality.
• Experienced with MS Office related software;
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, any additional language is an advantage;
