Job Description:
ARCHITECT:
Candidates should have 5 years or more experience after achieving PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) Certificate , please note that any private or freelance years of experience shall not be counted after PRC.
• Should be able to prepare conceptual designs as per customer's requirements based on meetings and follow ups.
• Should be able to use AutoCAD application to draft 2D drawings and 3D Studio Max Design from conceptual design to shop/final drawing stage which should include all the necessary details.
• Should be able to meet with customers at different stages of design and execution of project.
• Should be capable to use on line application and follow up on line with the government agencies on issues related to the building permit requirements.
• Should be able to conduct site supervision and ensure all works at site are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings.
• Should have good command of English language communication (speaking & writing).
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER:
Male structural engineer needed.The candidates should have 8 years experience or more after achieving PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) Certificate, candidates with private business or freelance, their years of

Should be able to carry out structural design calculations based on different scale of projects using software application and manually.

Education: Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil).
