Assist in managing cash flows and entire business cycle, develops rolling cash forecast to
identify gaps, if any and provide solutions to address gaps in the working capital through
borrowings.
Ensure adequacy of credit lines to meet the growing business needs, negotiate best
possible terms and maintains healthy banking relationships.
Provide timely feedback to the banks on the business performance on a quarterly basis
and provide resolutions to their queries regularly.
Manage collection of all cheques and other negotiable bank instruments from respective
divisions and depositing them into respective bank accounts and for their accuracy.
Negotiate all letters of credits opened in favour of the company and open letters of
credit in favour of suppliers including bank charges.
Manage the process of opening and renewing bank guarantees, tender and performance
bond and other sureties including negotiating bank charges and surrender promptly
after the due date to release the funds blocked.
Ensure that foreign currency requirements are adequately booked as per the policy and
foreign exchange risk is covered.
Arrange for transfer of funds from different accounts to match the requirements of each
account and organize overdraft wherever required.
Keep track of all the cheques issued by the company, ensure adequate cash is available
in respective accounts to honor all the cheques, arrange bank transfers as per the
approved requisitions.
Accountable for usage of loans, overdraft and repayment as decided by Manager-Banking & Treasury ensure the repayments are made as agreed.
Arranging credit facility for CAPEX requirements.
Reviewing & Analyzing group finance cost of various bank facilities on monthly basis.
Assisting in Treasury operation automation program.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for a Male Executive-Banking & Treasury. Candidate should be Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 3-4 years of experience. Exposure in Banking & Treasury will be an added advantage. Candidate should have knowledge of Advanced Excel.
