Nizamabad Ads: MANAGER - AUTOMATIC RESTAURANT

Job Responsibility

The ideal candidate should be able to:

Manage the employees and activities of the restaurants

Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Coordinate the overall operations of the restaurant, plan and maintain production, budget and growth goals for the restaurant

Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting & monitoring of performance standards

Monitor compliance regarding food preparation and serving

Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, and evaluate employee performance

Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted

Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, guest service, or facility cleanliness


Keep records required by government agencies

Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and safety

Communicate regularly with the owners, the activities of the restaurant

Around 35 - 45 years of age.

A go-getter with strong values & ethics, result-oriented with excellent communication & negotiation skills. Most importantly, the candidate must be a long-term player.

Experience in GCC countries will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services; this includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations regarding the food service industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert computer skills, ability to compose and create reports, Standard Operating Procedures.

At least 3 years experience including 3 years in a similar role with a reputed Restaurant chain in the Middle East

Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality (BHM/BBSC). An MBA would be a definite advantage

Nationality : Lebanese / Syrian
