Sales Executive/ Manager - Plants

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To enhance brand image and execute marketing plan of various retail and licensing (pop culture and sports wear) business leading to increase in sales revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. To be responsible for devising annual marketing plan for retail and other licensing business across different regional markets
2. To devise marketing strategies and execute the activities for promotion of retail stores across different regional markets, fitness products in gym outlets and other retail stores 
3. To devise marketing strategies and execute for promotion APD products through B2B events and distributors across different regional markets
4. To ensure successful launch of new product ranges of various through promotional activities enhancing brand image
5. To organize various strategic events to generate sales lead by integrating products of pop culture and sports wear to other business
6. To use various online and digital platform to enhance brand perception and result in sales leads for various products range
7. To work closely with Comic Con events to ensure the combined branding of various retail and licensing business with cross promotion
8. To work with various external agencies and strategic partners to leverage combined brands of pop culture and sports wear
9. To create various marketing materials including POS, collaterals and other communication tools in promoting the different brands
10. To work closely with BU- Retail and Licensing on devising annual marketing activities from operational perspective
11. To provide periodic reports on marketing budgets, ROI and analysis for management 
12. To assist Director MARCOM in any Group marketing strategies and planning
