FLEET SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Provides leadership in the daily operation of the Fleet sales

• Ensure profitability of the new vehicle sales department through sale of new vehicles, finance and insurance

• Establish, maintain, and supervise a sales system and sales process that includes effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing, and delivery programs

• To train and lead sales consultants for field work to bring more business to the company
Establish and maintain a Consumer Relations policy that insures complete customer satisfaction
• Provide a customer record and follow-up system, resolve customer complaints, and build loyal clientele for the dealership

• Establish, manage, and control a sales system that recognizes and enforces concepts leading to repeat buyers and referrals

• Build, train, and maintain a sales organization that is aware of customer needs
