Job Description:
Preparing method of statement for HVAC installation
Making a Shop Drawing / Builders Work Drawing/ from the Design Drawing and getting the approval for construction
Involved in HVAC system designing Duct Designing and Heat Load Calculations
Selection of Equipment's to finalize the order
Installation/Designing of air conditioning equipment, VRF/VRV and accessories
Raising RFI for Installation of AHU's,FCU's Supply & Exhaust Fans, Etc
Preparing an installation inspection document
Preparation of month progress planning schedule
Co-coordinating with civil, electrical and firefighting department
Installation of Low Side works as Chilled Water Piping (i.e., Risers, Floor Piping) Ducting, Volume Control Dampers and Fire Dampers etc.
Installation of Fire Rated Ducting for Exhaust Air System etc.
Preparing HVAC system layouts from the Architectural drawings
Preparation of operations and maintenance manual documents
Preparation of checklist for HVAC work
Preparation for testing, commissioning and air balancing with documents
Preparation of project handing over reports and documents

Job Description:
Assist in the implementation of QA/QC procedures.
Prepare documentation according to quality control procedures in conformance with the International Standards.
Prepare of QA /QC Installation, Testing and Commissioning method statements.
Carry out scheduled site inspections.
Check on status of issue/revisions of QC documents and site drawings.
Review and update documentation required for the implementation of the QA Systems in the Project.
Coordinate and maintain a non-conformance control system.
Inspect materials and equipment's confirmation as per specification prior to installation.
Skills:
At least 2 years in QA/QC domain
BE (or) Diploma ( Electrical or Mechanical )
Excellent Communication Skills
Meticulous and detail oriented
Fluent in English
