Prepare periodic reports of equipment/client status 
Updating computer records. 
Communicate with Equipment Suppliers, insurance companies and clients.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
Assistant in a legal Dept. matters/filing/correspondence.
Word processing, creating spread sheets and presentations.
Staff and department assistant, coordinator or associate.
Deal with incoming and outgoing post. 
Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries.
Set up meetings and take 'minutes' during them make travel arrangements for staff. 
Fielding telephone calls. 
Receiving and directing visitors 

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in related industries is preferable (equipment, equipment leasing, contracting companies).
Minimum 5 years of experience
