• Track record of equipment
• Licenses and renewal
• Insurance
• GPS/location track
• Possession
• Maintenance
• Prepare periodic reports of equipment/client status
• Updating computer records.
• Communicate with Equipment Suppliers, insurance companies and clients.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
• Assistant in a legal Dept. matters/filing/correspondence.
• Word processing, creating spread sheets and presentations.
• Staff and department assistant, coordinator or associate.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
• Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries.
• Set up meetings and take 'minutes' during them make travel arrangements for staff.
• Fielding telephone calls.
• Receiving and directing visitors
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in related industries is preferable (equipment, equipment leasing, contracting companies).
• Minimum 5 years of experience
