One of the leading MNC companies requires an SEO / Digital Marketing Manager for the operations in Cyber Park, Calicut, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 – 8 years of experience managing all search engine optimization and marketing activities. He will be responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO and SMO strategies moreover managing content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
 Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
 Ensure that all websites and internet properties of the organization have been technically optimized to attract and engage those clients that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience
 Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for our company websites
 Identifies and analyzes metrics, keyword research and ranking, competitive market analysis, website analysis, and implementation of search best practices
 Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
 Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
 Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic
 To run simultaneously 3 - 5 web sites within the Group under SEO campaigns, by technically leveraging the contents and key words 
 Develop social media marketing and branding activities to increase traffic and followers to our Group social media pages and websites.
 Stays informed of current search engine and CSE behaviors, news and strategies as they relate to reporting key developments to the other internal team members
 Create the necessary technical architecture moreover build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences
 Consult with web designers to improve the navigation of the company websites to enhance its search engine ranking.
 Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Desired Candidate Profile

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
 Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
 Minimum 5+ years of SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
 In-depth experience with website analytics tools
 Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
 Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
 Experience with bid management tools
 Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
